Refund policy
The Hutchinson Island Quilt Company does not offer exchanges, returns of refunds. All sales are final.
All items are handmade, one of a kind, they will reflect that, it is the character of the item. There will be variations. While extreme care is taken to try to make every item as close to perfect as possible, I am human and I might make a mistake from time to time. If you find an issue that you just cannot live with please send me an email as soon as possible and we can discuss it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
in order for me to replace a damaged item I will need to make another, depending on fabric availability, this can take up to or more than 30 days. If the original fabric is not available it will be substituted with something comparable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
